1. RACE KIT PICKUP TEAM:

Before the race, runners need to be fully equipped with “weapons” to be able to conquer the distances. The volunteers of the Race Kit Pickup Team are the ones who will assist in distributing the kit to the runners and making sure they receive enough items according to their running distance.

2. EVENT SITE TEAM:

This is the team that will interact with runners the most. You will be the one to receive questions as well as guide the runners to the necessary booths of the event site. In addition, you will also keep belongings of the runners at the event’s Bag Drop booth. Runners will feel extremely reassured knowing that there are always volunteers to ensure the safety of their belongings.

3. START/FINISH AREA:

+ Start: What is more wonderful when you will be the witness of the runners’ first run at the start line. In addition to guiding the runners to the correct starting pen to start in turns, do not forget to smile and cheer to give the runners more motivation to complete the run.

+ Finish: YOU CAN DO IT! GO! GO! Let’s cheer and give water to let the runners finish the run! The runners’ excitement will also increase when receiving medals from you at the finish line! In addition, the top athletes also need your guidance in order to be on time at the Awards Ceremony.

4. RACE ROUTE AREA:

+ Marshal: To be able to reach the finish line safely and on time, the runners need your support. You will join forces to guide and make sure they are in their right lane.

+ Water and Nutrition Station: When running long distances, runners will easily lose water. The task of the hydration team is to prepare and distribute water and electrolyte, as well as nutritious food to the runners. Also, do not forget to “give” them smiles to strengthen them.

+ Cheering point: You do not need to wear makeup to cheer the runners on. All you need is a lot of fun, enthusiasm and a little “crazy” to “wake up” the activeness and dynamism of the runners, helping them complete the race.

5. MEDICAL TEAM:

Safety first! In a run, runners’ safety is paramount! You will work with the organizers, supporting medical staff to take care of the runners along the race course. In special cases, you will need to report the situation to the main medical station.

6. LOGISTICS TEAM:

You will be the one who comes before the volunteers and after them. You are the one who will take care of the volunteers. You will support the organizers in distributing meals as well as taking the volunteers to the race route area on the event day.

– Be active and love joining social activities.

– Participate in training sessions of the Organizers.

– Follow the instructions of the Volunteer Leader and the Organizers.

– Follow the agenda and be active at work on the day of the event.
