How can I register for Salonpas HCMC Marathon 2022?
Salonpas HCMC Marathon 2022 is open to register online only, please visit the Registration Page for further information. Payment can be processed online with ATM/ Visa/ Mastercard.
Can I sign up as a group or corporate?
Yes, you can. Please visit Group/Corporate page to get more information.
How do I sign up if all the slots are sold out?
If all the slots are sold out, we will have a waiting list that you can sign up & wait for your slots. In case if someone cancels their slots, we will give the slots to the waiting list.
2. Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Registration fees for Salonpas HCMC Marathon 2022 event are non-refundable.
Can I transfer my slots to a friend?
Participants can change distance up until 11:59 pm Monday, 15th November 2021 – UTC+07:00 (or if sold out). After this time, no change will be made. An administration fee must be paid upon any changes. Visit here for more info.

What do I need to bring with me in order to pick up my Race kit?
In order to pick up your race kit, please bring following items:
1. Your confirmation email/slip (Digital version is accepted)
2. Your personal document (ID/Birth Certificate/Resident card..)
**For race kit pick up on behalf, you will need to bring 3 items:
- Participant’s confirmation email and
- Participant’s personal documents (ID/passport/resident card..).
- Your personal document. (ID/passport)
Can I have my race kit delivered?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer delivery service at the moment. All participants have to pick up their Race Kit at the provided location.
What are the t-shirt sizes available?

4. ABOUT THE RACE
Where is the start line?
The start line location is also at the event site. The exact location will be updated soon.
When is the start time?
The start time will be different for each distance. Please visit here for more details.
Will there be a cut off time?
Yes, there will be cut off time for each distance. Please visit CUT OFF TIME page for more details.
Is there a bag drop at the event?
Bag Drop will be priority for Marathon & Half Marathon runners. Please note that we have limited number of slots for checked-in bag, therefore this service is a first come, first serve service.
Will there be medical support?
Yes, we will have medical supports at the event site & also on race route. Please always fill in detailed and correct emergency number & contact in your registration form. This is the fastest way to help us reach out to the correct person in case any emergencies occur.
Will there be bathroom on race route?
Yes, we will have bathrooms on race route and also at the event site.
