FAMILY PACKAGE

Conquer the race with your family!

Family Package is a entry package for family with 4 members to participate the 5K distance at Salonpas HCMC Marathon 2023. This is the new package to encourage runners of any age among the family to run and enjoy an active weekend together.

 

Family package info:

  • Distance: 5KM
  • Entry quantity: 04 entry slots to enter Salonpas HCMC Marathon 2023 with exclusive discount.

REGISTRATION FEES

IMPORTANT INFO

  • Participating runners must be 6 years of age or older for 5KM (as of January 08, 2023).
  • The registration fee includes VAT and only charges when you receive a qualified confirmation email from the Organizer.
  • The registration may be closed earlier if there is no available slot left.
  • For those who filled out the information to issue a VAT invoice during registration, will receive the digital invoice via provided email within 7 working days of the date that registration was completed.

RACE MAPS

*Please note that the race maps are subjected to change by the organizer.

CUT-OFF TIME

Under no exceptions will runners who cannot pass the cut-off points before the cut-off time be able to continue the race. The route needs to be re-opened at this specific time to ensure the health and safety of staff and volunteers. 

Water & medical stations will also be closed after the cut-off time.

RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your registration, you have agreed to enter and participate in the following event, Salonpas Ho Chi Minh City Marathon 2023, and abide by all the terms and conditions set by the city officials, organizers, and event support groups.

RACE ENTITLEMENTS

42/21 kit10/5km kit

Signature T-shirt – BIB** – Timing Chip – E-certificate – Medal* (5KM) – Medical care – Bag Drop area – Support Service on the race.

*Only runners who finish the course during the time limit will be awarded with Medal and/or Finisher T-shirt.

**The entries after 11:59pm Tuesday, 15th November, 2022 – UTC+07:00 do not have runner names printed on race bib.

UPGRADE/ DOWNGRADE/ TRANSFER

1. UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE

The Upgrade/ Downgrade is not applied for Famiy Package.

 

2. TRANSFERRING ENTRIES

For family package, 01 participant in the group can transfer his/ her race entry once until 11:59pm Tuesday, 15th November, 2022 – UTC+07:00 (or when the slots are sold out). If you wish to do so, please send your request by filling the form here. Your request will be processed and respond to your email within 7 days. Kindly keep an eye on your mailbox (include the spam one).

Administration transfer fee is 300,000 VND and must be paid upon any changes.

PICK-UP TIME: 8:30am – 7:30pm on January 07, 2023.
