IMPORTANT INFO

  • Participating runners must be 16 years of age or older for Half Marathon, 12 years of age or older for 10KM, 6 years of age or older for 5KM (as of January 13, 2024).
  • The registration fee includes VAT and only charges when you receive a qualified confirmation email from the Organizer.
  • The registration may be closed earlier if there is no available slot left.
  • For a VAT, please send your information via email registration@pulse.vn to get support.

CUT-OFF TIME

Under no exceptions will runners who cannot pass the cut-off points before the cut-off time be able to continue the race. The route needs to be re-opened at this specific time to ensure the health and safety of staff and volunteers. 

Water & medical stations will also be closed after the cut-off time.

By submitting your registration, you have agreed to enter and participate in the following event and abide by all the terms and conditions set by the city officials, organizers, and event support groups.

RACE ENTITLEMENTS

42/21 kit10/5km kit

Signature T-shirt – BIB** – Timing Chip – E-certificate – Finisher T-shirt* (21KM only) – Medal* (21KM/ 10KM/ 5KM) – Post-race Nutrition food (21KM only) – Medical care – Bag Drop area – Support Service on the race.

*Only runners who finish the course during the time limit will be awarded with Medal and/or Finisher T-shirt.

**The entries after 11:59pm Thursday, 30th November, 2023 – UTC+07:00 do not have runner’s name printed on race bib.

UPGRADE/ DOWNGRADE/ TRANSFER

1. UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE

Participants can change the category once until 11:59pm Thursday, 30th November, 2023 – UTC+07:00 (or when the slots are sold out). If you wish to do so, please send your request by filling the form here. Your request will be processed and respond to your email within 7 days. Kindly keep an eye on your mailbox (include the spam one).

If you change to a category of a greater value than your original one, you are required to pay the difference of entry fees as it stands at the point of upgrading.

If you change to a category of a lesser value, there is no refund of the difference in entry fees.
Administration upgrade/downgrade fee is 100,000 VND and must be paid upon any changes.

2. TRANSFERRING ENTRIES

Participants can transfer their race entries once until 11:59pm Thursday, 30th November, 2023 – UTC+07:00 (or when the slots are sold out). If you wish to do so, please send your request by filling the form here. Your request will be processed and respond to your email within 7 days. Kindly keep an eye on your mailbox (include the spam one).

Administration transfer fee is 300,000 VND and must be paid upon any changes.

  • Transfer does not apply for Complimentary Registration.
